This web page lists photocopies that are available of old maps, prints and articles of interest to genealogists and historians, pertaining to the states of New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, New York, Indiana, Illinois, Ohio, and California. Recently we have added county maps of Wales and England and shire maps of Scotland.
Most of the maps of towns and villages in the United States are cadastral maps - they show the family name on each house. Schools, churches, mills and factories, railroad tracks and stations are also shown. These maps are of interest to people working on their family geneology, people who own old houses, people who love their town, people who like to explore old roads, etc. (See a section of a typical map at the bottom of this page).
The maps of shires in Scotland show roads, railways, villages, country seats, places of interest to the tourist, etc. The maps of counties in Wales and England show towns, villages, rivers, railroads, etc.
Photocopies of this material are available for $5 per 11x17 photocopy. The number in brackets is the number of photocopies required to copy each map, engraving or article. Each photocopy is $5. Shipping is always just $3.
These photocopies are JUST PHOTOCOPIES, not handsome reprints! ... If the original maps have age spots, youšll see the age spots. If the originals have tears, youšll see the tear marks. These copies are not suitable for framing. They may take one to four sheets of paper to photocopy. But you will find lots of interesting information on these maps.

This web page is designed and written by a 71-year-old grandmother who owns a lot of maps, but doesn't know much about HTML, cascading style sheets, or shopping carts.
